Job description-
Hands on experience on GCP or AzureMust have thorough understanding of Cloud FundamentalsIncident Management – Analysis of Incidents, Match with known Error, referencing to known workarounds if any and provide quick first line fix.As part of incident management, liaise with relevant IT Team (TIG, Network, Hardware, Cloud Admin etc.) to close any hardware or network related issues.If not resolved, then send it to the respective L2 team to further analyze them.Keep eye on the monitoring dashboards and highlight if any issues like node down or if any micro services are going downConfiguration Management on Basic SOP’sResources should coordinate with multiple teams to identify the issue and conclude on RCADaily checklist, tasks, day to day operational calls to be performed by the resources
